We are a 24/7 call centre servicing multiple languages for calls, emails, chat and Facebook requests. We provide customer service for a wide range of our own products, and for external companies. We take pride in our exceptional service levels, including answering 80% of calls within 20 seconds with a 90% call completion rate.
